1. Let your primary care practitioner know that we are in their electronic prescribing system to send your prescriptions directly to us electronically. Just tell them to look for Live Oak Pharmacy in their system.
2. 2. Your primary care practitioner can fax the prescription to us at 512-476-8980.
3. 3. We can call your primary care practitioner to get your prescription by phone. Please fill out the following information so we know who to call.
